Digital Mortgage Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Mortgage Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage external client relationships by assessing needs and providing solutions using mortgage workflow knowledge and Encompass administration experience
• Organize projects in Teamwork Project Management software, lead weekly project calls, and ensure client ROI through task completion
• Develop advanced Encompass solutions, configure environments, and identify opportunities for promoting existing solutions to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platform, including advanced functions
• 5+ years of understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Encompass programming, including business rules and custom forms
• Familiarity with Encompass Web, Java Script, and SDK programming
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, and work independently with minimal supervision
