Digital Operations Assistant

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Digital Operations Assistant will support digital content creation, manage analytics, and provide operational assistance for the Zero Carbon Analytics team on a remote, fixed-term contract basis covering parental leave for approximately four months.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital content creation and scheduling, including uploading briefings to the website and formatting newsletters
• Track social media and website analytics, as well as media coverage of research findings
• Provide operational and project management support, maintaining databases and documentation of project data

Required qualifications

• Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in website CMS, ideally WordPress
• Knowledge of web and social media analytics, including Google Analytics
• Familiarity with mass mailing systems, such as HubSpot, and GDPR compliance
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
