Job Summary

As a strategic and operational technology leader, the full-time remote Digital Operations Lead will manage the full lifecycle of technology solutions for assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, security compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technology operations and ensure consistent service delivery across client accounts
• Manage technology integrations and develop standard operating procedures for technology operations
• Lead digital transformation projects and research emerging technology applications, focusing on AI implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in technology operations or project management in a client-facing role
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and experience with AI tools and implementation strategies
• Working knowledge of information security frameworks and system integration methodologies
