Digital Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support delivery across its product and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational partner on initiatives, driving process, coordination, and communication
• Support Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment between initiatives, roadmaps, and OKRs
• Act as a reliable point of coordination across teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or product/engineering operations
• Familiarity with Agile practices and software delivery environments
• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Monday.com
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of relevant experience
