Job Summary

Leading operational execution and financial management for digital products, the full-time salaried Digital Operations Manager will manage new site implementations, act as a Technical Program Manager for digital initiatives, and oversee digital revenue operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new site implementations across multiple digital products, ensuring successful delivery and stabilization
• Act as Technical Project Manager for complex digital initiatives, developing project plans and leading client meetings
• Oversee digital revenue operations, including forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, technical program management, or PMO leadership
• Experience with SaaS and client-facing implementations and platform integrations
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Strong organizational skills and comfort operating in dynamic, cross-functional environments
