Digital Operations Manager

Job Summary

Providing technical and people leadership, the full-time salaried Digital Operations Manager will oversee production operations, application support, and service reliability capabilities for business-critical digital services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day health, availability, performance, and security of digital services while driving disciplined operations and continuous improvement
• Lead major incident response, problem management, and operational readiness efforts across cross-functional teams
• Implement monitoring and observability practices, utilizing automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale, cloud-based digital applications, preferably in Microsoft Azure
• Demonstrated expertise in incident management, change management, and continuous improvement practices
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and observability capabilities such as Datadog and Azure Monitor
• Understanding of SRE and ITIL practices related to service reliability and operational readiness
• Relevant certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Azure, SRE, or cloud operations are preferred
