Digital Operations Manager
Job Summary
Working in a full-time capacity, the FLEX Manager, Digital Operations will oversee quality assurance activities for digital assets, ensuring high-quality guest experiences across Native App, WEB, and API platforms while collaborating with product teams and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and maintains scalable automation frameworks for testing across various digital platforms
- Implements accessibility checks and regression automation to enhance testing efficiency and quality
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to QA standards and accessibility best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/certification
- 5+ years of experience in Digital, IT operations, Quality Assurance, or related fields
- 5+ years of industry experience in test automation focused on Native App and WEB applications
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and experience applying accessibility standards
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and various testing frameworks and programming languages including Java and Python
