Digital Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Monitoring and overseeing daily operations of the digital workforce, the full-time Digital Operations Supervisor will ensure resource availability, troubleshoot issues, and provide status reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations using the Blue Prism application
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to IT leadership and executives
• Serve as a subject matter expert for end users and provide training on robotic process automation

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred
• Experience with an RPA application, specifically Blue Prism, is required
• Previous experience in systems administration preferred
• SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
