Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Optimization Analyst to support revenue growth through A/B testing and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end test execution, including design, implementation, and analysis of experiments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into A/B tests or machine learning solutions
- Communicate analyses of test results and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B or MVT tests, preferably in e-commerce
- Proficiency with A/B testing platforms, web analytics tools, and data visualization techniques
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Fundamental understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design
