Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Partnerships & Investment Director to drive digital transformation in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate partnership, investment, and acquisition opportunities within the Proptech space
• Develop strategies based on ecosystem trends and manage relationships with target companies
• Prepare and present reports on ecosystem analyses to inform digital strategy and investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in business operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Experience in structuring investments, partnerships, and acquisitions
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry and Proptech ecosystem
• Proficiency in business productivity software such as PowerPoint and Excel
