Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Performance & Optimization Manager to enhance inbound organic growth through website optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own inbound, organic website performance across SEO and partner with agencies for content strategy
  • Lead on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis
  • Optimize website performance and build landing pages directly in WordPress and Elementor
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or website optimization
  • Strong expertise in SEO and content optimization
  • Proven success in driving CRO programs and on-site experimentation
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and user behavior analytics tools
