Job Summary

Driving client success remotely, the full-time salaried Digital Performance Manager will manage day-to-day performance across a portfolio of dealership accounts, optimizing campaigns and ensuring high-quality client support.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the performance of assigned dealership accounts, optimizing campaigns to align with client goals
  • Serve as a primary contact for client communication, providing performance updates and leading digital performance reviews
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement across accounts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and trends
  • Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications preferred
