Job Summary

Driving client success through strategic execution, the full-time salaried Digital Performance Manager will manage day-to-day performance across a portfolio of dealership accounts, optimizing campaigns and providing high-quality support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the performance of assigned dealership accounts, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and are optimized for lead volume and ROI
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing performance updates and leading digital performance review calls
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends
  • Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications, highly preferred
