Job Summary

Managing day-to-day performance across a portfolio of dealership accounts, the full-time salaried Digital Performance Manager will optimize campaigns, provide actionable insights, and ensure high-quality client support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee account performance and optimization, ensuring alignment with client goals and executing recommendations for improvements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, leading performance reviews and addressing inquiries professionally
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities for account growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends
  • Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications, highly preferred
