Digital Performance Manager

Job Summary

Maximizing the efficiency and performance of digital printing operations, the fully remote Digital Performance & Improvement Manager will monitor equipment metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze digital press performance metrics to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows, focusing on waste reduction and operational excellence
• Serve as the technical expert for digital press optimization, providing training and support to operators and production personnel

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
• Proven experience with digital printing platforms, preferably HP Indigo, in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of OEE, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Knowledge of color management and print quality systems
