Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Personalization Manager to lead personalization initiatives across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of digital personalization strategies
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalization initiatives and optimize digital journeys
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including A/B testing and campaign management
- Experience leading teams and building digital campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as Banking or Finance
- Hands-on experience with marketing technologies like Adobe Test & Target and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
