Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Personalization Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of personalization technology to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and manage digital personalization and optimization efforts
  • Facilitate the launching of personalization campaigns and ensure successful execution from start to finish


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, A/B testing, campaign management, and/or digital personalization
  • Direct experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe Test & Target and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
