Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Personalization Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of personalization technology to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and manage digital personalization and optimization efforts
- Facilitate the launching of personalization campaigns and ensure successful execution from start to finish
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of digital marketing experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, A/B testing, campaign management, and/or digital personalization
- Direct experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe Test & Target and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
