Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of digital personalization initiatives, the full-time Digital Personalization Manager will optimize customer experiences across web and app platforms while working remotely in EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital personalization and optimization initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into implementation roadmaps and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop campaign tracking and performance measurement
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or digital personalization
  • Experience leading teams and developing web personalization strategies
  • Hands-on experience with personalization and marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Test & Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
