Job Summary
Leading the charge in digital customer experiences, the temporary Digital Personalization Manager will define personalization strategies, oversee A/B testing, and collaborate across teams to enhance user interactions on web and mobile platforms, working remotely during EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term personalization roadmap to create high-converting digital journeys
- Act as the liaison between Product Owners, Analytics, and Creative teams to translate business goals into technical requirements
- Oversee the lifecycle of A/B and Multivariate testing, from hypothesis generation to analysis
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Salesforce
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience adapting strategies based on regulatory changes or market shifts
- Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of equivalent digital experience
