Leading the digital personalization strategy, the remote Digital Personalization Manager will optimize customer experiences and execute targeted campaigns for a prominent client in the banking and financial services sector on a contract basis.

- Lead digital personalization strategy across web and mobile experiences

- Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and personalization
- Background in banking, credit card, consumer lending, financial services, or fintech
- Experience leading teams in building digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience with website personalization and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Optimizely
