Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Philanthropy Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track digital advertising and acquisition efforts to drive traffic and increase conversions
• Oversee daily management of digital capabilities for the Annual and Mid-Level Giving team, including online giving programs and payment systems
• Utilize digital analytics to evaluate initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations for enhancing donor retention and acquisition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or analytics
• Comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing platforms and emerging trends in digital fundraising
• Strong planning, administrative, and leadership skills
• Experience with social media, email communication, and Microsoft 365 tools
