Digital Platform Consultant

Job Summary

Digital Platform Consultant, responsible for finalizing the development and management of a digital platform for academia in Africa and a Parenting Hub, on a consultancy basis for 11 months, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize the development, design, operationalization, and management of the digital platform connecting universities across Africa
• Develop and manage a new digital platform focusing on Parenting in Africa
• Train the long-term platform manager and key users on platform functionalities and management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in digital platform development
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is desirable
• Experience with open-source development methodologies and agile project management
• Proficiency in UX/UI design and human-centered design methodologies
