Digital Platform Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the user experience of the Digital Justice Hub, the remote Digital Platform Designer will create intuitive and accessible designs for justice sector practitioners, focusing on user-centered solutions that facilitate access to learning materials and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences and navigation structures that support rapid access to educational content
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while collaborating with developers to ensure design specifications are met
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve platform design and functionality

Required Qualifications

• Degree in user experience design, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in designing digital platforms or web applications
• Demonstrated experience in user-centered design processes, including research and prototyping
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools
• Experience in designing educational platforms or knowledge management systems is highly desirable
