Digital Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Managing the digital banking platform roadmap, the full-time Digital Platform Engineer will execute strategic direction, administration, and enhancements for online and mobile banking solutions while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the digital banking platform roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders
- Lead vendor relationships and manage enhancement requests for online and mobile banking solutions
- Ensure platform availability and reliability while supporting Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of banking experience, particularly in digital banking products and Treasury Management
- 3-5 years of experience in product management within the commercial banking industry
- Experience in managing and leading support teams
- Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
