Digital Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To support the bank's digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Digital Platform Engineer will manage the digital banking platform roadmap, oversee online and mobile banking solutions, and coordinate platform upgrades while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the digital banking platform roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders
- Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews while prioritizing and managing enhancement requests
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality while managing the entire product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of previous banking experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management
- Experience in managing and leading support teams
- Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
