Digital Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Managing the digital banking platform roadmap, the full-time Digital Platform Engineer will execute strategic direction, administration, and enhancements of the bank's digital banking services, working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure secure and customer-centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking platform roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews while coordinating platform upgrades, testing, and releases
• Manage the Digital Platform Team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and execution of new initiatives and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of previous banking experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in the commercial banking industry
• Experience in managing and leading support teams
• Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours
