Job Summary
Working both on-site and remotely, the full-time Digital Platform Metadata Specialist will manage content distribution and metadata entry for various digital platforms while ensuring accuracy and organization of files.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute and input metadata for newly added platforms, verifying accuracy post-transfer
- Maintain and update files, including images, audio, video, and metadata, in anticipation of requests
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to support scheduling and program coordination
Required qualifications
- Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35-40 WPM
- Experience in a relevant position is preferred
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with the capability to take on new tasks independently
