Job Summary
Conducting independent audits and technical testing of digital platforms, the full-time remote Digital Privacy Consultant will assess compliance with global privacy regulations, design audit methodologies, and deliver detailed findings to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on compliance audits and testing of digital platforms for adherence to global regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA
- Design and execute independent audit methodologies and testing protocols to evaluate user protection mechanisms and content moderation systems
- Present assessment findings and strategic recommendations to clients and their leadership through executive briefings and detailed reports
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience conducting independent compliance audits, privacy testing, or trust & safety assessments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Law, Business, or equivalent hands-on audit and testing experience
- Deep expertise in testing GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other relevant regulations
- Hands-on experience with privacy engineering, including data flows and consent mechanisms
- Ability to verify cross-border data transfer compliance and adequacy decisions
