Digital Producer

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of SEO and design/development accounts, the full-time Digital Producer will manage client communications, oversee project scopes, and act as a creative liaison while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client accounts by organizing strategy meetings and clarifying project objectives
• Review project deliverables and ensure timely communication with clients, responding within 2 hours
• Maintain project management software and assist in upselling additional services to clients

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management or account management for multiple clients
• Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp, JIRA, or Asana
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
