Job Summary

Driving the digital experience for a growing brand, the full-time remote VP of Digital Product and Ecommerce will manage the DTC customer journey, overseeing product strategy, ecommerce performance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand expression and conversion metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Set the vision for Seed's digital experience, focusing on conversion optimization and brand integrity
  • Own the product roadmap and A/B testing initiatives to improve key performance metrics like CVR and LTV
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and effective execution of product launches
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product and ecommerce, particularly in DTC or subscription models
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and lead cross-functional teams without direct management
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with CVR modeling and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in articulating complex strategies to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Bonus: Familiarity with health, wellness, or consumer brands, and experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify
