Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile teams to implement a human-centered design process
Lead discovery activities to understand user needs and guide teams to define and meet UX outcomes
Create design artifacts and communicate effectively with stakeholders to advocate for customer value

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years in digital product design, UX, or similar roles
2+ years designing AI/ML powered experiences
Familiarity with generative AI/ML and NLP concepts
Strong portfolio demonstrating AI/ML related UX work
Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments
