Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer, Digital (LUMA).

Key Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the LUMA Software roadmap in partnership with engineering
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and LUMA practitioners to deliver user-friendly features
Monitor product performance and usage metrics to inform iterations and long-term planning

Required Qualifications

3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or collaboration tools
Familiarity with human-centered design and innovation frameworks
Proven track record of owning product features from discovery to delivery
Experience as a product-fluent designer in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making
