Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Product to lead the vision and strategy for digital experiences aimed at professional contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the digital roadmap for professional contractors
• Lead agile product delivery and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams
• Champion a data-driven approach to measure and improve digital performance and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in optimizing eCommerce experiences that drive business impact
• Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in translating business goals into actionable plans
• Understanding of digital analytics tools and experience with KPI setting and performance analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
