A company is looking for a Digital Product Expert (Mastercam Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Mastercam ecosystem, ensuring integrity and transparency in transactions
• Provide expert pre-sales guidance and execute orders, renewals, and add-ons
• Oversee digital product distribution and manage hardware logistics for clients

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Mastercam and experience with Mills and Lathes
• Experience with CRM tools and organizing complex data
• Familiarity with Mill-Turn or post-processors is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple independent projects simultaneously
• Passion for customer satisfaction and process optimization
