Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Product Lead, Growth to drive experimentation and optimization in their digital acquisition ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer research pipeline and synthesize insights into actionable test concepts
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform experimentation strategy and prioritization
- Design and execute landing page personalization strategies and maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth, CRO, experimentation, or product-adjacent roles
- Experience in high-consideration funnels, financial services, fintech, or performance marketing environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Optimizely or a comparable experimentation/personalization platform
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and personalization
