Digital Product Lead
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and delivery of public health digital services, the full-time Digital Product Lead will work remotely to translate complex health requirements into user-centered digital products while managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with accessibility and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
- Translate public health and user needs into actionable product requirements and prioritize features
- Lead discovery, prototyping, testing, and iterative product delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or related roles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a regulated environment, particularly in health IT or public health systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design practices and ability to translate complex requirements into product capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and using evidence to guide product decisions
