Job Summary

Digital Product Management Associate is a full-time position responsible for managing the product lifecycle of acquiring products, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product strategies, and prioritizing features to optimize customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and technical capabilities for the digital merchant experience
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define and plan product features and roadmaps
• Manage the product backlog and facilitate resolution of issues throughout the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in product planning and understanding the Product Management lifecycle
• Ability to convert business requirements into technology-ready features/user stories
• Experience in Scaled Agile delivery/framework
• Preferred experience in the payments industry or credit card processing
