Job Summary

To support the deployment of modern payment solutions, the full-time salaried Digital Product Management Associate will manage product consultancy, oversee partner onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful global launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of assigned payment products and define operational requirements for scalable deployment
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Collaborate with various teams to oversee partner onboarding and certification processes for seamless integration

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of the payments and card industry
• Knowledge or experience in Digital Wallets, Contactless/NFC payments, QR-based payments, Transit solutions, or SoftPOS
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn new tools and deliver consultancy to partners
• Passion for emerging payment technologies and enhancing customer experiences
