Digital Product Management Associate

Job Summary

To support the deployment of innovative payment products, the full-time Digital Product Management Associate will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful product launches and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of assigned payment product form factors and define operational requirements for scalable deployment
• Provide consultancy and guidance to stakeholders while overseeing partner onboarding and certification processes
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across product lifecycles

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of the payments and card industry
• Experience with Digital Wallets, Contactless/NFC payments, QR-based payments, Transit solutions, or SoftPOS/Tap-on-Phone
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills for problem-solving
• Self-motivated with a passion for emerging payment technologies and innovation
