Digital Product Management Associate

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end product capabilities within the Risk Management ecosystem, the full-time Digital Product Management Associate will define business requirements, drive solution design, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product capabilities, driving enhancements and new initiatives within the Risk Management ecosystem
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business objectives into scalable product solutions that balance customer experience and risk controls
• Prioritize the product backlog and roadmap by defining features, user stories, and delivery milestones aligned to strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related domain
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
