Job Summary
Driving global digital adoption, the full-time Senior Associate - Digital Product Management will focus on digital product development in partnership with Global Lines of Business and Partner Business Units, leveraging insights to enhance user engagement across various digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deploy strategies for digital experience evolution, adoption, and engagement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and analytics teams to drive engagement of digital assets
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Analyst role or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in delivering results and managing projects effectively
- Understanding of Agile principles and experience in Agile Product Development
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and data-driven decision-making
