Digital Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of risk systems, the full-time salaried Digital Product Management Manager will collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define product vision, manage feature backlogs using Agile methodologies, and oversee the execution of innovative technology solutions within the Global Risk & Compliance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and business partners throughout the product lifecycle to articulate product vision and requirements
• Manage the feature backlog, prioritize features based on business value, and translate the product roadmap into minimum viable product iterations
• Track performance post-launch and ensure appropriate reporting is in place to evaluate future investment in product features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on iterative product implementation
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving platform innovation with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in large-scale technology modernization and transformations
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and proficiency in prototyping and iterative development
