Digital Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing critical travel and servicing platforms, the full-time salaried Digital Product Management Manager will provide application support, lead issue resolution efforts, and monitor platform performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application and production support for Travel and Lifestyle Services platforms, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction
• Lead incident triage and root cause analysis efforts, driving permanent corrective actions to enhance platform reliability
• Monitor application health and performance using observability tools, proactively identifying risks and improving service delivery

Required qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent 6+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Application Support
• Knowledge of third-party vendors and associated network protocols and technologies
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics
• Experience configuring dashboards in monitoring platforms like Dynatrace and Grafana
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework
