Digital Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced product leader, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will manage strategic payment acceptance products, develop product strategies and roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance in-person payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned Acceptance Solutions products, aligning with merchant needs and industry trends
• Lead end-to-end product management, from market needs identification to product definition, development, and lifecycle management
• Develop actionable product capabilities and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on customer value and strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in digital product management with ownership of product strategy and delivery
• Proven ability to independently develop clear product strategies from complex business problems
• Experience partnering with Technology and engineering teams to deliver complex technology products
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to incorporate market insights into product decisions
• Ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries without direct authority
