Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Associate - Digital Product Management will manage the lifecycle of acquiring products, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product strategies and roadmaps while facilitating development processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and technical capabilities for the digital merchant experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and manage the backlog
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and facilitate the resolution of risks and issues related to product development

Required qualifications

• Experience in product planning and project management within the Product Management lifecycle
• Ability to convert business requirements into technology-ready features/user stories
• Familiarity with data flow mapping and system operations documentation
• Experience in Scaled Agile delivery/framework and tools like Rally and Confluence
• Bachelor's Degree required
