Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Producer Incentive Compensation Engine, the full-time remote Digital Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, lead product discovery, and ensure accurate compensation calculations for thousands of producers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compensation engine
• Lead product discovery and align outcomes with stakeholders while translating complex compensation rules into product features
• Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions and manage product health metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Proven experience in product discovery, roadmap development, and agile delivery
• Strong understanding of product-platform-API integration patterns
• Technical fluency with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience in complex, regulated environments such as finance or insurance
