Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Digital Product Manager, this role focuses on developing and executing stablecoin and on-chain product strategies within the crypto and blockchain space, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support stablecoin and on-chain product strategy by identifying business needs and translating opportunities into product requirements
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to evaluate technical solutions and define API specifications for stablecoin capabilities
• Lead pilots and strategic initiatives in the crypto ecosystem, monitoring market developments to inform product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in on-chain product development or product management
• Hands-on experience with stablecoins and public blockchain ecosystems, including crypto wallets and on-chain settlement
• Familiarity with financial services controls such as KYC/AML and data privacy for stablecoin products
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt and manage risks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence partners across distributed teams
