Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the definition and delivery of the Optum App experience within EHR platforms, the full-time remote Digital Product Manager will manage user experience and design strategy, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into actionable plans, goals, and measurable outcomes
• Define and own the user experience for Optum App workflows in partnership with design and technical teams
• Oversee product execution from concept through testing, launch preparation, and iteration with engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product strategy, delivery, or related roles
• 3+ years of experience interfacing with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience translating workflows into requirements and writing user stories
• 2+ years of experience working in health IT or related healthcare technology environments
• 2+ years of experience as a product analyst or product manager
