Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Go-to-Market strategy and operational excellence for AP File Insights Digital Tools, the full-time Senior Manager - Digital Product Management will ensure successful product launches, strong customer adoption, and reliable production performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Go-to-Market planning and launch readiness to ensure successful product adoption by Product, Sales, and Technology teams
• Own operational readiness and production support processes, including monitoring, incident management, and continuous service improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product capabilities based on customer needs and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Product Management or Product Ownership with end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and managing roadmaps from concept through launch and optimization
• Experience leading Go-to-Market planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement and customer enablement
• Experience supporting production applications, including operational monitoring and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive product decisions
