Digital Product Manager

Job Summary

To support complex e-commerce projects, the full-time Digital Product Manager will collaborate with clients and technical teams to design optimal solutions, maintain product backlogs, and oversee the software development life cycle in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and advocate for a lean approach during the discovery and planning phase
• Maintain a healthy product backlog and monitor project budgets during the development phase
• Document functional specifications and ensure development aligns with project goals while assisting with test case preparation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Background in Business, Software Development, or Technology
• Relevant qualifications in computer science, information technology, or business
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
